Terms of Use

Last updated: May 17, 2026

Warmtaking is an early-access tool that uses AI to help you interpret conversations and relationships. By using it you agree to the following.

Acceptable use

You will not use Warmtaking to:

  • Stalk, surveil, harass, threaten, or coerce anyone.
  • Build a profile of someone in order to manipulate, deceive, or harm them.
  • Upload material you obtained unlawfully, or that you have no legitimate reason to analyze.
  • Analyze minors, or upload sexual content involving anyone without a clear lawful basis.
  • Violate any applicable law or another platform's terms.

You are responsible for the material you upload and for how you act on what the tool tells you.

Not advice

Warmtaking is not a therapist, counselor, lawyer, or relationship authority. Its output is an AI's probabilistic reading of limited material, often wrong, and intended to help you think — not to tell you what is true or what to do. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, psychological, or safety decisions. If you are in danger or distress, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

No warranty; limited liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its output.

Your data & deletion

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete individual content or your entire account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that violates these terms.

Changes

This is a pre-launch product and these terms will evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Good-faith plain-language terms for an early-access product. Not legal advice; will be formalized before wide release.
